We are seeking an RPN with hands-on surgical experience who excels in high-pressure environments. You will play a key role in physical and psychological assessments, preparing patients for their surgical procedures, while providing crucial post-operative guidance. Key Responsibilities:
• Administer thorough assessments before and after surgeries
• Guide patients through pre-operative instructions and preparation
• Offer support with mobilization, transfers, and ambulation




• Educate patients on recovery processes and pain management
• Partner with RNs to uphold patient-centered care principles

Requirements:
• Valid Ontario College of Nurses Registration
• RPN diploma and BCLS certification mandatory
• Recent surgical experience of 1-2 years required
• Certified in venipuncture and proficient in phlebotomy
• Solid interpersonal, problem-solving skills needed
