Job Description
Overnight Maintenance Technician

Our Overnight Maintenance Technician ensures the smooth running of the hotel facilities throughout the evening, with responsibilities ranging from maintaining guest rooms, to ensuring colleague back spaces are in valuable condition.

Starting Rate of Pay: $29.90 per hour

This is a full-time, permanent role.

We recognize tenure through our compensation - hourly rates increase after 6 months and then yearly to three years. At three years the pay rate for this role would be $38.00.

Job Duties Include:

Ensure health and safety compliance via inspections and restoration of property facilities and equipment, throughout bothguest rooms and public areas

Maintenance of health club facilities including hot tubs and pools





On-call as part of the hotelovernight Emergency Response Team

Work alongside hotel departments to ensure preventative measures are in place to maintainupkeep of hotel facilities

Qualifications

Experience in a property maintenance position, with working knowledge of mechanical functions

Prior experienceusingvarious hand and power tools
