In this role, you will direct a dedicated team in providing essential maintenance and housekeeping support at Cogir’s retirement residences. With a minimum of three years of relevant experience and a proactive attitude, you'll ensure a well-maintained and safe environment for our seniors. Collaborating with leadership, your goal is to exceed resident expectations through effective management.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and train the environmental services team
• Conduct hands-on repairs and preventative maintenance




• Ensure compliance with safety and health standards
• Drive eco-friendly initiatives across the facility
• Uphold the brand's standards for building conditions

Requirements:
• At least 3 years of maintenance experience
• Experience managing a team in a unionized workplace
• Knowledge of building systems, including HVAC
• Certification in facility management or trades
• Must provide a current Vulnerable Sector Check
