Reporting to the Associate Director of Advancement Services, you’ll collaborate across departments to identify prospects with significant financial capacities. This role is integral for driving successful fundraising initiatives through effective relationship building and data analysis. You will help develop strategies that enhance understanding of potential donors and their interests.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct comprehensive research on potential supporters
• Build and maintain profiles for prospective donors
• Partner with teams to cultivate a strong prospect pool




• Implement quality assurance measures for prospect data
• Generate analytical reporting for stakeholder briefings

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant area
• Minimum five years’ experience in research or data analysis
• 1-3 years in data quality management focused on fundraising
• Strong interpersonal and project management capabilities
• Moderate proficiency in Microsoft Office, expert in Excel
