Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and resolve employee issues with proactive advice
• Champion a positive workplace culture aligned with ALMAG's values
• Lead the execution of various HR programs and metrics
• Facilitate training programs for compliance and development
• Engage in recruitment processes and employee onboarding
Requirements:
• Degree in Human Resources or a related field
• 3 years of HR experience, with 2 in a generalist role
• Proficient in HRIS and ATS tools
• Robust organizational and communication skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality in all HR matters
