As part of Avenue Living's energetic team, you will prepare and analyze financial statements while ensuring accuracy in reporting practices. Your responsibilities will include supporting month-end and year-end processes, collaborating with various departments to maintain consistency in financial information.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop accurate financial statements and reports
• Perform detailed analysis of financial discrepancies
• Assist in month-end and year-end journal entries




• Reconcile general ledger accounts regularly
• Prepare documentation for audits and GST remittance

Requirements:
• Degree in Accounting or Finance, CPA preferred
• At least 3 years of relevant financial experience
• Proficiency in YARDI and financial reporting software
• Strong understanding of relevant accounting principles
