UHN is seeking a dedicated General Practitioner for its Pediatric Aftercare Program at Princess Margaret Hospital. This part time position involves working with cancer survivors to enhance their well-being.

You will focus on issues like anxiety, self-esteem, and relationships, helping young patients adjust after cancer treatment. With a commitment to patient-centered care, you will utilize evidence-based strategies and collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, ensuring comprehensive care for each survivor. Occasional virtual visits will complement your in-person consultations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide care in a weekly Survivorship Clinic
• Develop follow-up plans in line with oncology guidelines
• Share findings with primary care and specialty teams




• Arrange necessary investigations and specialist referrals
• Work collaboratively with the SickKids Aftercare team

Requirements:
• Licensed to practice in Ontario, good standing with CPSO
• Experience in cancer care within acute settings
• Strong commitment to effective and compassionate care
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent interpersonal skills to build collaborative relationships

Support young cancer survivors as they transition to healthy lives at UHN.
