Focused on technical oversight, you will troubleshoot issues, deliver mentorship, and collaborate closely with Condo Operations Managers. This position is key for promoting operational best practices and enhancing client satisfaction within a supportive atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:
• Guide residential technicians in service and maintenance work
• Act as an escalation point for complex HVAC issues




• Coach technicians to enhance their skills and safety
• Assist with service work quotes and inspections
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements:
• Extensive HVAC expertise in multi-residential properties
• Demonstrated mentoring and troubleshooting skills
• 313D Mechanic License in Residential Air Conditioning
• Required GT2 Gas Technician license and ODP certification
• Clean security clearance and valid Driver’s licence
