In this full time, hybrid position, you will utilize your 3-5 years of recruitment experience to foster relationships with universities and colleges. You will be instrumental in developing and executing strategies that increase student awareness of career opportunities at Fidelity. Your role will involve working closely with various stakeholders to build a robust candidate pipeline.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate student recruitment activities and onboarding
• Establish partnerships with universities and colleges
• Facilitate presentations and events to promote Fidelity
• Assist in formulating on-campus activities for recruitment
• Monitor success criteria and recruitment reporting
Requirements:
• University degree or equivalent work experience
• Experience in technology-focused campus recruitment
• Ability to travel to various educational institutions
• Excellent presenter and communicator
• Organizational skills for managing multiple projects
