Enhance Ontario is seeking a Senior Technical Specialist to manage Epic applications and support systems for seven hospitals. This permanent, full-time role ensures efficient clinical workflows through troubleshooting and system upgrades.

As part of ENHANCE Ontario, the Senior Technical Specialist will maintain and optimize the Epic Clinical Information System for the healthcare network. Responsibilities include analyzing complex issues, leading application testing, and supporting end users. Your expertise will directly contribute to enhancing patient care across diverse communities in Central East Ontario.

Key Responsibilities:
• Evaluate systems and troubleshoot complex application issues
• Provide independent maintenance for assigned Epic applications




• Lead testing of application updates and upgrades
• Support workflow design and optimization with operational committees
• Collaborate with trainers to update training content

Requirements:
• Previous experience with Epic® build or operations
• Medical Laboratory Technologist experience preferred
• Epic certification in relevant modules required within 3 months
• Strong knowledge of Sectra or lab processes is an asset
