In this role, you will be responsible for various maintenance activities within the Lower North Shore team, reporting directly to the Director of Equipment Rental and Workforce Management. You'll perform preventative inspections, diagnose equipment issues across mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems, and assess component conditions. Your analytical skills will contribute to major repairs and maintenance planning.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform preventive inspections on heavy equipment
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults




• Assess wear and determine part replacements
• Provide maintenance plans to supervisors
• Maintain tools and keep work area organized

Requirements:
• Vocational Diploma in Heavy Equipment Mechanics
• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience
• Willingness to travel for work rotations
• Valid CCQ Journeyman Certificate is an asset
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
