Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee installation and management of IS services
• Identify improvements and inefficiencies in workflows
• Review technical specifications and initiate actions
• Test and install new system versions
• Resolve service issues with stakeholders
Requirements:
• Minimum of 10 years in KBM development/support
• Bilingual proficiency in French and English
• High skills in RPGLe, SQL, SFTP
• Excellent user communication and interaction
