We are looking for a dedicated Carpenter who has 3 to 5 years of experience working on-site. This role involves preparing layouts, measuring, cutting, and assembling materials like lightweight steel and wood. You'll also need to build and supervise projects while maintaining safety and quality across tasks including renovation and repair work in different establishments.

Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze blueprints and sketches for precise work
• Prepare layouts following building codes accurately
• Assemble materials and construct frameworks
• Fit and install critical structures and fixtures
• Guide and supervise other onsite workers

Requirements:
• High school graduation certificate is required
• 3-5 years experience in carpentry on-site
• Familiarity with hand and power tools
• Ability to estimate material costs and project needs
• Team leadership and communication skills
