Raise is building a pipeline of Change Management professionals - from specialists to senior leaders - for contract opportunities with a leading enterprise organization currently running a major business modernization program in Ontario.
About The Prospect
A large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation is active across Finance, Supply Chain, Operations and Engineering, and HR workstreams - each with its own change impacts, stakeholder landscape, and adoption challenges. The program has a dedicated change management function and requires professionals who can operate both at the strategic level - defining change strategy, engagement plans, and readiness frameworks - and at the delivery level - developing communications, running training, and supporting business readiness on the ground. The organization has also posted Director-level change management roles to lead these workstreams, meaning demand spans seniority levels.
What You Could Be Working On
Developing and executing change management strategies and plans for transformation initiatives
Conducting impact assessments and stakeholder analyses
Designing and delivering communications, training programs, and engagement materials
Supporting business readiness activities including role alignment, process mapping, and transition planning
Monitoring adoption and measuring change effectiveness across workstreams
Working closely with project managers, workstream leads, and HR to align people, process, and technology changes
Facilitating workshops and leadership alignment sessions
What We're Looking For
5 to 15+ years of experience in change management on enterprise transformation or technology implementation programs
Demonstrated experience on SAP, ERP, or large-scale digital transformation projects is a strong asset
Strong understanding of change management frameworks - Prosci/ADKAR or equivalent
Excellent communication,
facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills
Prosci, CCMP, or equivalent change management certification is an asset
