Become a key player in talent acquisition at Merrithew International as a Global Talent Acquisition Specialist. This hybrid role focuses on leading full-cycle recruitment efforts while enhancing our employer brand and candidate experience.

You'll be responsible for strategic recruitment across Canada, the United States, and the United Kingdom. As a proactive recruiter, you will partner closely with hiring managers to meet staffing needs and develop diverse talent pipelines by utilizing cutting-edge sourcing techniques.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead recruitment efforts across diverse geographic locations
• Collaborate with leadership to define hiring needs
• Create compelling job descriptions for potential candidates




• Use LinkedIn Recruiter and other tools for sourcing talent
• Ensure a great candidate experience throughout the process

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree required; HR-focused education is ideal
• 3-5 years of recruitment experience in corporate settings
• Familiarity with ATS; ADP experience preferred
• Strong candidate engagement and sourcing skills
• Excellent organization and multitasking abilities
