You will lead annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and actionable financial insights while collaborating with various departments. This role requires a robust background in financial planning and analysis, along with effective business intelligence capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the annual budget cycle across all departments
• Deliver quarterly forecasts with variance analysis
• Build business cases and costing analysis for new projects




• Maintain KPI reporting linking strategy to performance
• Lead and develop the Financial Analyst on the team

Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in Finance or related field
• Minimum 5 years of FP&A; or costing experience
• Strong analytical and modeling skills
• CPA designation preferred
• Proven ability to communicate financial insights clearly
