In this hands-on role, you will oversee the preventive maintenance and troubleshooting processes for our can-making equipment. You will lead repair initiatives and support complex mechanical tasks while ensuring strict adherence to safety protocols. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential to meet operational demands and maintain high standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct preventive maintenance on can-making machinery
• Lead major mechanical overhauls and inspections
• Diagnose and address equipment breakdown causes
• Document mechanical procedures and findings clearly
• Engage with Electricians for repairs and support
Requirements:
• Licensed Millwright or Machinist (Red Seal required)
• 3-5 years hands-on maintenance expertise
• Expertise in mechanical fundamentals and repairs
• Experience using eMaint for work order management
• Dedicated to safety compliance and improvements
