This position involves collaborating with various stakeholders to understand their training needs and delivering insightful training sessions.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop training materials and practical resources
• Engage employees through workshops and blended learning
• Understand and assess specific learning requirements




• Maintain accurate records of training activities
• Implement feedback for continuous program improvement

Requirements:
• Degree in Human Resources, Adult Education, or similar
• Three years of experience in designing learning programs
• In-depth understanding of adult learning methodology
• Familiarity with digital tools, particularly AI
• Appreciation for Indigenous culture and DEI initiatives
