12+ years in IT infrastructure , with 6+ years hands‑on AWS architecture and operations in enterprise/managed‑services environments.
AWS Professional‑level certification (Solutions Architect Professional or DevOps Engineer Professional) strongly preferred.
Deep, hands‑on expertise across VPC, EC2, ECS, Lambda, RDS, IAM (execution), EventBridge, CloudWatch , and AWS‑native backup/DR.
Working knowledge of CI/CD (Azure DevOps, GitHub) and change management integration (ServiceNow/CAB).
Familiarity with enterprise observability (Dynatrace, Datadog, Instana, CloudWatch) and ITSM operations.
Proven ability to operate within client‑owned cloud governance (Landing Zone, Control Tower, IAM policy) — explicit on the execute‑vs‑govern boundary.
Solid grasp of hybrid estates and coordination with on‑prem/middleware teams.
Preferred / Nice to Have Exposure to middleware‑adjacent environments (WMB, JBoss Fuse, ActiveMQ, DataPower, Spring Boot) and batch/job scheduling.
Experience in transition/steady‑state managed services and multi‑vendor delivery models.
