DEW Engineering and Development is seeking a Manager of Facilities & Maintenance to oversee maintenance across Ontario and Recent Brunswick, driving TPM programs and reliability initiatives.
The role reports to the Senior Plant Manager and manages direct reports, coordinating with Production, Engineering, Quality, EHS and IT to improve reliability and risk controls. Strong leadership and experience in TPM/RCM are required.
