You’ll collaborate with department heads to attract top talent, streamline onboarding processes, and promote a culture of continuous learning and development. Your efforts will play a crucial role in enhancing employee satisfaction and retention.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage full-cycle recruitment processes for various roles
• Develop and implement new hire training plans




• Coordinate employee engagement initiatives and activities
• Maintain health and safety documentation and training
• Track recruitment metrics and optimize hiring processes

Requirements:
• Diploma or degree in HR or related discipline
• CHRP required; CHRL is an advantage
• At least 3 years in talent acquisition and training
• Familiarity with ESA and OHSA regulations
• Proficiency with HRIS and Microsoft Office
