As a Bilingual Talent Acquisition Specialist, your responsibilities include leading the recruitment process and strategic planning for talent acquisition. You’ll partner with business leaders to influence and enhance our hiring strategies. Your proven ability to attract talent through various sources will be key to maintaining our high-performance standards.

Key Responsibilities:
• Own end-to-end recruitment for various roles
• Conduct effective intake meetings with hiring managers
• Build candidate pipelines through targeted sourcing




• Provide coaching to managers on recruitment best practices
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process

Requirements:
• 2+ years in Talent Acquisition or similar role
• Fluent in French and English for effective communication
• Robust relationship-building and influencing skills
• Proficiency with ATS, HRIS, and recruitment tools
• Education in Human Resources, Business, or related field
