Fit4Less is seeking a Region Manager based in Alberta, preferably Calgary. The role oversees a team of managers and clubs to run financially healthy operations and ensure clean, friendly, and automated experiences for members and associates.
Travel to clubs is expected, with multiple visits weekly and extended trips monthly. The ideal candidate has a university degree or college diploma, proven management experience in fitness, robust leadership, and excellent communication skills.
