Kinetic Construction Ltd. seeks an Estimator to support its Chief Estimator team in Vancouver, Victoria, or Courtenay. This role is ideal for professionals experienced in pre-construction estimating.

As an Estimator at Kinetic Construction, you will be integral to our pre-construction activities and assist in both competitive and negotiated works. We are looking for candidates with over 5 years of relevant experience and a commitment to ethical standards and teamwork. Successfully interpret project drawings and specifications while collaborating with the team.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with all aspects of core estimating processes
• Engage in both competitive and negotiated project works
• Work alongside the Chief Estimator for project support




• Document and maintain all project-related details
• Exemplify high ethical standards and company values

Requirements:
• Undergraduate degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or Architecture
• 5+ years of experience in Estimating or similar fields
• Required Construction Related Technology Certificate
• Knowledge of estimating software is a plus
• Solid analytical and communication skills
