Daily responsibilities include addressing employee tech queries, troubleshooting equipment, and facilitating internal events. Key Responsibilities:
• Work through the Jira ticket queue daily
• Troubleshoot MacOS, SaaS applications, and network issues




• Help organize and support internal team events
• Identify ways to automate and improve technical processes
• Maintain explicit documentation in Notion

Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years in IT support roles
• Proficient in MacOS and typical SaaS tools
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Self-starter motivated to enhance workflows
• Experience assisting in company events
