As a valued full time technician, you'll report to the Manager of Technical Services while focusing on sustaining building systems, machinery, and aquatic facilities. Your hands-on role is vital to our operational team, ensuring smooth daily operations and creating a peaceful environment for our guests. Building Maintenance Technicians are essential in helping us maintain our unique spa experience.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform minor repairs on equipment and installations
• Execute preventative maintenance tasks as scheduled




• Ensure replacement parts meet par levels
• Conduct monthly tests of safety and mechanical systems
• Assist with other related duties as needed

Requirements:
• 2 years of vocational training or equivalent experience
• Minimum 2 years in facility maintenance
• Knowledge of maintenance techniques and safety procedures
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs and work at heights
• Experience in hospitality preferred
