Qualifications




Applicants should demonstrate a genuine relationship with Christ and a pedagogy that reflects a biblical worldview. To be considered for the role, candidates should possess relational attributes, robust classroom management skills, and a passion for pursuing Christ. Teachers should hold—or be in the process of acquiring—a valid BC Teaching Certificate.

Compensation Range
Following the SCSBC guidelines, a full-time teacher ranges from $55,356 to $97,006 , d epending on education, category qualifications, and experience. We offer an excellent compensation package, including a 8.05% pension, a premium dental plan, and extended health benefits.
