Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and execute major civil rehabilitation and construction projects
• Support operational teams during interventions with technical insights
• Conduct thorough inspections of civil assets for condition assessments




• Coordinate with various stakeholders for project success
• Mentor within the Civil Operations team and influence best practices

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering; must be OIQ member
• 8 years of experience in civil and structural rehabilitation
• Bilingual proficiency in French and English
• Proven project management skills and communication abilities
• Available for frequent travel in Canada and the U.S.
