This position, reporting to the Lead Technician, focuses on the maintenance and performance of wind turbines. You will actively identify malfunctions, execute preventive maintenance, and reinforce health, safety, and environmental standards. Your role supports the overarching mission of delivering renewable energy solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor and ensure the efficient operation of wind turbines
• Collaborate to troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues
• Implement preventive maintenance and keep service records




• Maintain adherence to safety and environmental standards
• Perform physically demanding tasks in outdoor conditions

Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years' experience in wind turbine operations or maintenance
• AEC in wind turbine maintenance or relevant training preferred
• Valid Electrician Competency Certificate for electrical tasks in Québec
• Robust communication skills in French
• Capable of climbing vertical structures safely
