Conduct virtual sessions and provide on-site installations, ensuring a seamless transition to our software. Expect to travel within North America while maintaining a strong focus on customer service and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct virtual and in-person training sessions for customers
• Develop expertise in PBS software and implementation
• Serve as a reliable resource during software installations
• Build strong customer relationships to enhance training experiences
• Share insights and facilitate team learning

Requirements:
• Minimum 1-2 years in automotive sales environment
• Robust computer skills, especially in Microsoft Office
• Willingness to travel up to 2 weeks monthly
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• High school diploma
