Key Responsibilities:
• Assess individuals' disabilities in various locations
• Record findings in an electronic system
• Ensure accuracy and fairness in assessment application
• Report information to management and senior staff
• Coordinate with community resources as needed
Requirements:
• Human Services degree required
• Minimum two years of related work experience
• Robust verbal and written communication skills
• Saskatchewan Class 5 Drivers License mandatory
• Completion of criminal record checks required
