Contribute to the well-being of seniors as a Maintenance Worker at Silverado Creek Seniors Community in Calgary. This full-time position involves ensuring the safety and functionality of the community's setting.

The successful Maintenance Worker will manage the Preventative Maintenance Program while keeping detailed records of maintenance tasks. Key tasks involve daily inspections for facility safety, snow clearing, and assisting with equipment repairs. You will play a crucial role in maintaining safety and comfort for all residents.

Key Responsibilities:
• Implement Preventative Maintenance Program and maintain documentation
• Conduct daily rounds to identify maintenance needs
• Remove snow and ice from walkways and exit areas




• Prioritize and complete necessary repairs
• Assist residents with relocating furniture when required

Requirements:
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Relevant experience in building maintenance
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Compassion for seniors and commitment to safety
• Physical ability to perform maintenance duties
