As a Recreation Aide, you will develop, plan, and lead engaging activities tailored to residents' abilities and interests. You will collaborate with fellow team members to create opportunities for meaningful interactions, enhancing residents' quality of life. Additionally, you’ll participate in community partnerships while ensuring all assessments and documentation meet quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and lead engaging leisure activities for residents
• Build rapport to discern individual resident needs
• Guide team members in supporting resident engagement




• Collaborate with families and the community for enhanced opportunities
• Ensure accurate completion of assessments and documentation

Requirements:
• Post-secondary degree or diploma in recreation or related field
• Enthusiasm for working with seniors and improving well-being
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Certification in secure food handling required
• First Aid Certificate considered an asset
