Join Rabbit Hill Snow Resort as the Pro Patrol Manager, overseeing safety and emergency operations throughout the ski season. Ensure a strong safety culture and effective team leadership.

This role is seasonal full-time, commencing October 1, 2026, until mid-April 2027. You will supervise the Pro Patrol team, coordinate with the Canadian Ski Patrol, and maintain a focus on proactive risk management. Candidates with supervisory experience in ski patrol are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:
• Recruit, train, and mentor Pro Patrol personnel
• Lead daily briefings on safety conditions
• Inspect trails and manage openings/closures
• Implement and coordinate emergency response actions
• Track budget expenditures and prepare monthly reports

Requirements:
• 2+ years in skilled ski patrol with supervisory duties
• Certification in Advanced First Aid or EMR
• Strong commitment to safety and communication
• Proficient skiing or snowboarding abilities
• Reliable transportation for work location
