Take on a pivotal role as the Instructor Pilot SME for CAE’s Future Aircrew Training programs. This flexible, remote position involves the development of training courses for the Pilatus PC-21 and Grob 120TP aircraft.

Your background as an Instructor Pilot will enhance the QA of training content in this temporary role. Collaborating with teams, you’ll review training plans, design courseware, and engage in ensuring training program accuracy. You'll also develop essential policies and procedures for the training center while analyzing risks and training needs for the RCAF.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct module outline reviews and technical assessments
• Develop comprehensive training courseware




• Support validation and testing of training simulations
• Collaborate with Air Operations on policies
• Assess training requirements and implement solutions

Requirements:
• Experience in military training environments
• Solid background in curriculum design
• 5+ years of leadership experience
• Expertise with multimedia-supported training
• Post-secondary education in relevant field
