NextStar Energy is looking for a senior-level Operating Engineer to support the Solvent Recovery Plant and other critical processes in Windsor, Ontario. In this position, you will coordinate daily operations, engage with various stakeholders, and ensure adherence to all environmental and health regulations. Key Responsibilities:
• Help manage manpower planning and workflow optimization
• Track material inventories and liaise with procurement teams
• Resolve operational issues collaboratively with staff




• Coordinate plant shutdowns, startups, and maintenance

Requirements:
• Certification as Operating/Stationary/Power Engineer (1st, 2nd or 3rd class)
• Solid operational and project management experience
