Step into a critical role as a Forensic Structural Engineer across Calgary, Red Deer, or Airdrie with EFI Global. Investigate engineering failures and provide unparalleled expertise to clients.

In this full time position, you’ll engage in comprehensive investigations of damages, documenting findings and analyzing causes of failures. You will work collaboratively with a dedicated team of professionals, using your P.Eng. designation to present expert testimony as needed. Strong interpersonal and organizational skills are essential for fostering client relationships and managing project timelines.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct thorough surveys of buildings for loss assessment
• Document causes of structural failures for clients




• Collaborate with experts to create detailed analysis reports
• Provide expert witness testimony in legal settings
• Track billable hours for internal project management

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering and P.Eng. registered
• Five or more years of relevant engineering experience
• Effective written and oral communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools
• Ability to travel frequently, up to 40%
