NJM Packaging is seeking a skilled Aseptic Product Manager to join their growing team. This role requires excellent technical knowledge and the ability to manage customer relationships while supporting Regional Sales Managers. You will work closely with customers and cross-functional teams on aseptic and sterile pharmaceutical processing equipment, ensuring successful project execution and lifecycle management.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support RSMs during presentations and technical discussions
• Identify and qualify potential customers via market research




• Participate in customer Factory Acceptance Tests (FATs)
• Attend trade shows to promote Aseptic solutions
• Document all quote requests in Salesforce

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
• 5+ years in sterile manufacturing equipment
• Robust understanding of GMP and aseptic principles
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally
