Key Responsibilities:
• Act as an HR contact for all related inquiries
• Advise on employee relations and performance management
• Ensure HR best practices for policy and program development




• Collaborate with diverse stakeholders to support staff
• Lead efforts in change management and organizational strategy

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or Commerce
• 5+ years of relevant HR experience
• Experience in employee relations and HRIS management
• CHRP or advanced degree considered an asset
• Familiarity with operational environments is preferred
