Take on the full-time role of Power Engineer at Fairmont Chateau Whistler. Maintain mechanical facilities and ensure excellent service for an unmatched guest experience.

Your role will support the hotel’s operations by managing the upkeep of mechanical facilities, performing essential servicing, and ensuring compliance with all cleanliness standards. Located in the scenic setting of Whistler, this position is critical for maintaining our award-winning service and facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
• Execute preventative maintenance of the physical plant
• Handle service and repair duties across public areas
• Maintain high cleanliness standards in mechanical areas
• Manage the Health Club’s pool and hot tub facilities
• Participate in the Emergency Response Team (ERT)

Requirements:
• HVAC background advantageous
• Knowledge of computerized energy systems preferred
• Proficient in using hand and power tools
• Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
• Willingness to participate in ongoing training
