About the role
We’reseeking a Microsoft 365 Adoption & Change Management Consultant to join Insight Canada’s Adoption & Change Management team and collaborate closely with our Modern Workplace specialists.You will help clients prepare their people for technology-enabled change and achieve sustained adoption of solutions such as Microsoft Copilot, Purview, SharePoint, Teams, Exchange, and other Microsoft 365 applications.Working across multiple client engagements, you will translate technical changes into clear user impacts, lead discovery and stakeholder activities, develop adoption and communications plans, create learning content,



andfacilitateuser enablement sessions. Projects may include cloud migrations, Copilot deployments, SharePoint information architecture initiatives, and security or compliance programs.

As a Consultant II you will:

Providesupport and guidance to our clients around Adoption and Change Management

Lead discovery sessions to understand client goals, audiences, readiness, risks, and adoption barriers

Definesuccess measures and using feedback, usage insights, and adoption indicators to refine the approach

Translatetechnical changes into practical messages and experiences for business users

Facilitatevirtual and in-person workshops, executive briefings, train-the-trainer sessions, and end-user training

Support Copilot and AI adoption through use-case discovery, responsible-use guidance, champions programs, and reinforcement activities

Manageassigned deliverables, timelines, risks, and client communications across concurrent projects

Collaboratewith project management, technical delivery, and other ACM consultants

Whatwe’relooking for
Core requirements:

You have experience in client-facing consulting, adoption and change management, or a related field

You’recomfortable leading workshops, presenting to a range of audiences, and building trusted client relationships

You can independently manage deliverables, priorities, and deadlines across multiple client projects
