Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate on planning meaningful activities for residents
• Maintain departmental records related to resident participation




• Maintain communication regarding events with involved parties
• Facilitate resident participation in scheduled outings
• Promote ethical practices in elderly care engagement

Requirements:
• Diploma in Recreation, Gerontology, or related field
• Experience with senior populations is a must
• Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite
• Robust verbal and written communication abilities
• Valid driver's license needed for resident transport
