Key Responsibilities:
• Administer training and motivation for security personnel
• Ensure adherence to security policies during shifts
• Organize and manage staff schedules effectively




• Conduct proactive security audits as necessary
• Address and document security incidents with precision

Requirements:
• Current Standard First Aid CPR C Certificate is essential
• At least one year in a security lead role
• English fluency required for effective communication
• Educational background in law enforcement/security
• Relevant certifications in Use of Force and Management of Aggressive Behavior
