The Estevan Eye Clinic is currently looking for a Patient Care Coordinator to join our team! This is a temporary full time contract position which is Monday to Friday 9:00-5:00 p.m. with the chance for additional hours when required.
As a key member, the candidate must be: Professional when dealing with the public
Highly Motivated and organized
Punctual and reliable
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Experience is an asset, but willing to train the right candidate
Duties include but not limited to the following: Booking patients on our inhouse computer system for their eye health checkups
Answering phones and faxing confidential documents
Process invoices and submit insurance claims for patients
Complete extra diagnostic testing for patients at the request of the doctor
