The Salvation Army is actively hiring for the Housekeeping role, focusing on maintaining cleanliness in resident rooms and common areas. Candidates should have previous experience in healthcare or long-term care and the ability to follow established cleaning protocols. Your attention to detail helps create a welcoming setting that supports residents’ well-being.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct thorough cleaning of surfaces and furnishings
• Deep clean residential areas including bathrooms and kitchens
• Ensure timely removal of garbage and proper recycling
• Monitor and restock janitorial supplies as necessary
• Adhere to safety and hygiene policies

Requirements:
• High School graduation or equivalent experience
• Experience in housekeeping, preferably in healthcare
• English language proficiency required
• WHMIS training mandatory
• Physical ability to lift and move items up to 20 lbs
