As a Bilingual Heritage Interpreter, you will assist in guiding individuals, school groups, and special interest groups on their museum visits. This role demands fluency in both English and French while emphasizing customer service, communication, and historical accuracy. You will develop programming, manage ticket sales, and maintain museum quality.

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver guided tours and presentations to various groups
• Ensure visitor satisfaction with exceptional customer service




• Perform cash transactions and end-of-day reconciliations
• Conduct regular research to enhance presentations
• Assist in daily opening and closing operations

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or related certificate in relevant disciplines
• Fluency in English and French
• Solid organizational and leadership skills
• Positive attitude and public speaking experience
• Ability to manage stressful situations professionally
