Be a key player at Woodfibre LNG by taking on the role of Materials Coordinator. This position in Squamish, BC, focuses on materials procurement and logistics to ensure seamless operations at the LNG facility.

In this role, you will work closely with various teams to coordinate the delivery and availability of necessary materials. Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you will handle supplier communications, procurement execution, and logistics to maintain operational efficiency and readiness for Turnaround events.

Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and execute procurement activities for essential materials
• Track inventory and manage logistics operations
• Ensure timely supplier responses and compliance




• Coordinate transportation logistics for incoming and outgoing materials
• Support continuous improvement in supply chain processes

Requirements:
• Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years in procurement and materials management
• Familiarity with ERP systems like SAP
• Solid skills in inventory management and supplier coordination
• Excellent communication abilities in multilevel environments
