This meaningful role involves welcoming patients, performing essential phlebotomies, and preparing specimens for transportation. You’ll utilize your customer service and phlebotomy skills while ensuring accurate data collection. This position requires travel to various Patient Service Centres, as you’ll be part of a dedicated team working to improve Canadian healthcare outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome and instruct patients on specimen collection
• Execute phlebotomy and conduct ECG procedures
• Collect samples for special tests and maintain documentation




• Address client inquiries and provide assistance
• Accurately enter requisition and patient information

Requirements:
• Completion of recognized Medical Laboratory Assistant program
• Training in phlebotomy or ECG preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to work various shifts up to 37.5 hours weekly
• Solid commitment to patient confidentiality and privacy
