In this role, you'll practice within the professional standards set by the BC College of Nurses and Midwives. As a motivated Registered Nurse, you'll provide consultative nursing care aimed at achieving quality symptom management and supporting clients and families dealing with life-limiting illnesses. You'll assess needs, set care goals, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for comprehensive patient support.

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver compassionate nursing care in palliative settings
• Conduct assessments of client needs and establish care goals




• Facilitate effective communication for end-of-life conversations
• Collaborate with Palliative Care Consultation Team members
• Promote a palliative philosophy within the care model

Requirements:
• Registered Nurse with BC College certification
• Experience in palliative or end-of-life care
• Robust leadership and clinical competence
• Commitment to ongoing palliative education
• Ability to work in diverse care settings
