As a Dispatch Coordinator, your responsibilities include effectively coordinating jobs using Verizon Connect and internal tools like Roads/Atlas. You will maintain real-time communication with field crews and customers, ensuring seamless service delivery and dispatch accuracy while managing any operational challenges.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assign jobs based on employee proximity and readiness
• Track crew vehicles through Verizon Connect
• Verify job schedules using GPS data
• Maintain clear communication lines with all parties
• Document and resolve dispatch-related issues

Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent mandatory
• 1-3 years of experience in dispatch or logistics
• Strong skills in several software applications
• Must achieve a typing speed of 50+ wpm
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
